Blue Sky Baking is a home bakery serving Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in custom cakes and cupcakes that
are suitable for any occasion from a small friendly get together to a large extravagant celebration.
How did I get here? I absolutely love baking and I stretched this creative passion into a platform that allows me to share with more than just my immediate family (let’s be honest, my dad continues to be a semi-professional quality control taste-tester!). My life is always busy with sports, school and just being a 16-year-old kid! When I’m not in the kitchen, testing out new recipes, I’m probably playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, skiing, biking or surfing. When I’m not doing something active, I’m probably doing homework or reading about new cake flavors and techniques to experiment with next. I love trying new colors, flavors, layers, decorations and themes. That’s why I truly believe if you can dream it, I can bake it! I’m proud to have this as my motto for this business. I’m a perfectionist and I’m tenacious so if you want to create something with me, I warrant that each culinary creation will be not only a delicious dessert, but also a work of art!
